Tuition Procedures

Failure to pay your tuition on time may jeopardize your child's enrollment. There will be an additional $20 charge for late payment.

  • Checks should be made payable to Howard Preschool, Inc.

  • Mail checks to:
    Mrs. Donna Larkin
    650 Shimmering Run Court
    Sykesville, MD 21784

  • Teachers may not collect tuitions in the classrooms.

  • In the case of a withdrawal, tuition will be refunded for those months remaining in the semester for which tuition has been paid except for one month, unless the school immediately reaches or returns to full enrollment.

  • Second semester tuition is due on or before January 10th. Payments postmarked after January 10th should include the late fee of $20.00.

  • If you elected to pay tuition on a monthly basis, your first payment of September and May's tuition will have been paid before your child attends the preschool. The remainder of the tuition is to be mailed to Mrs. Larkin in seven monthly installments starting in October and ending in April. Payments postmarked after the 10th of the month should include the $20.00 late fee.

  • There is a $20.00 fee charged for each returned check
